"I had my puppy's 1st appointment today at Narra Vet and we had the MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! Everyone from the front staff, to the technicians, all the way to the DVMs, were incredible! My puppy was so relaxed, and I left with so much knowledge b/c everything was explained in detail to my husband and I. I LOVE Narra Vet!!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the care my 10-year-old bunny received at Narra Veterinary clinic. Very concerned about the state we had found her in early one morning, I was an emotional wreck as I called numerous vet clinics in attempts to find an exotic veterinarian with availability to see us urgently. The second Victoria answered the phone, her calming demeanor brought me great relief. I was pleasantly surprised that she had an opening that same day for us. As soon as we got there, Pearl quickly stepped in to action gathering pertinent information about our rabbit’s health history. Fearing the worst (that we would have to say goodbye to our sweet girl) I was a teary mess. Fortunately, Dr. Barrett was very knowledgeable and put us at ease as she explained treatment options, as she felt that our rabbit could make a full recovery. Overall, the staff at Narra Veterinary clinic were so professional and helpful from start to finish. The compassion from the staff members and love for animals was palpable. After receiving fluids and completing a five-day course of multiple medications, we are so delighted that our bunny is now doing exceedingly well! I would recommend Narra Veterinary clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care for their exotic (and non-exotic) pets."

"Super Caring Staff & Specialize in Exotic Pets Dr. Deena and her staff have been incredibly caring and helpful in the care of our guinea pigs and bearded dragon. We first met Dr. Deena Barrett when she was the only vet able to care for “pocket pets” like our hamsters and guinea pigs as well as our bearded dragon at the previous clinic where she worked. She was thorough in her examination of all of our pets and spent time explaining each of their unique dietary, habitat and care needs. When we learned that Dr. Deena opened her own veterinary practice, we were thrilled to be able to continue getting care for our little furry and scaly friends with her. Her staff are warm, professional and deeply care for all the animals we’ve brought in. Last week we brought our 2 year old guinea pig in when she suddenly stopped eating and became listless. Short of a battery of expensive interventions, it became clear that we needed to euthanize her. My daughters were bawling with grief when Pearl (a staff member) poked her head in the room and asked if she could speak with us. Her words were so compassionate and comforting to my daughters and within a minute or so, there was tangible peace in the room. Pearl has such a gift and way with words and all of the staff there are devoted animal care givers and their compassion comes through. A very sweet touch was when Pearl asked if we’d like her to take paw prints and clips of the hair of the piggy we said goodbye to, for my daughters to remember her by. It meant a lot to us. Fast forward 5 days and we adopted a guinea pig over the weekend as a companion for our existing piggy who lost her sister last week. We brought our new family member in today for an exam by Dr. Deena who was so happy to see that we had found a companion for our other piggy (they are extremely social creatures and need to be with other piggies whenever possible). Her exam was thorough as usual and she offered advice that would help us get her weight up and acclimate to her new home. Their office is clean and well appointed and I appreciate how flexible they are with getting appointments the same day when needed. I only wish their business were more visible from the street with signage that showed them from the busy Hazel Fern Rd. side of the building. They are a bit tucked away but conveniently located next to Whole Foods and Bridgeport Mall."

"We were so impressed with care we received from Dr. Deena and the staff at Narra. We have a bunny and he was critically ill, our usual exotic vet was on vacation, so we called an emergency vet hospital but they do not treat bunnies. They referred us to tNarra, as they do treat bunnies. They were so accommodating, got us in as soon as they opened. They assessed Cheerio, came up with a treatment plan (there was a very high chance he would not survive) they kept him all day treating him, called thru out the day with updates and saved him. He is happy and healthy again. We will be switching our bunnies to Narra for their care. Thank you all so much."
