"Called here to ask advice and maybe set up an appointment for a sick cat. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and kept talking over me. She also informed me that I'm not able to get advice over the phone. They have to have an appointment. We'll be looking elsewhere."

"You cannot go back with your pet what they do in examination. A summary of the animals examination is so brief. You have no idea what the vet Tech has just told you. If you're lucky, you get to talk to the vet. They may have your animal for a 1/2 hour and speak to you for under 3 minutes.. I do not like it at all."
"I never feel rushed. They don't push product every time you walk in the door. There is plenty of staff on hand so you aren't waiting 20 minutes for someone to get off the phone and the doctors and staff all seen professional and knowledgable and helpful andhappy to see you."
