"I was with this office for over 10 years and in the last year or so I have noticed a decline in customer service. The communication has not been clear and a couple things fell through the cracks. Recently it was very obvious that an email I sent was not read and they only went off of the subject line."
"Thomas is great to have as an Insurance provider he makes sure it's the policy that you want instead of selling you something you don't need. This used to be the way this insurance used to be I don't know what happened after 17 years they make you feel that your business is not needed and talk over you when trying to ask a question and they used to have someone that was happy and informative who answered the phone I hope some adjustments can be made thinking about finding someone that would like your business I am kinda old fashioned still like things in writing instead of emailing."
