"Just rented 4 ebikes from Pedego for the 2022 Bridge Pedal Event. Alex and the rest of the crew are fantastic to work with. They put up with my numerous calls as I was coming in from out of state and I needed to be sure to have the bikes for the big day. Really nice guys with no attitude which is the opposite of many ebike shops where I live. Bikes had good power and battery to easily go the 20 miles of the Main Ride at the Bridge Pedal Event. "I rented an e-bike for 1 hour for the first time in Portland. Getting to the store was pretty easy and the staff was really helpful guiding me on how to ride an e-bike for the first time. E-bikes were definitely a great choice as I was riding down to the waterfront and because I got to the waterfront so fast I had a lot of time to take pictures while cruising around Portland. The store is not that far from the waterfront and the bike paths made it super easy to navigate. Would definitely come back here again to rent E-Bikes because it was super fun"

"My husband and I recently bought Platinum Interceptor and Ridge Rider Pedego bikes from Pedego Portland. We worked with Tommy, who was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right bike for our riding needs. He answered all our questions and even offered to customize the bikes (different handle bars if we wanted) and suggested upgrades (a more comfortable seat stem) that we would benefit from. He took the time to teach us just how to operate the bikes and encouraged us to test them out as much as we wanted.
