"I never leave good reviews because it seems to be so tough finding companies that have good knowledge, genuine care or quality service. The owners obviously care a great call about what they do, are honest, didn't pressure me ever, and loved to share their passion and knowledge/details about the bikes they offer. I was encouraged to test ride a couple ebikes I was interested in, and it's clear the owners love what they do and sharing information. Even though I was bummed and surprised with the dealer fee and tax after I decided to buy, I still want pressured when I decided it was cheaper to go online. But because of that, and their extensive help, the warranty/tune up benefits, the fact they put the bike together (I would have been happy to myself, but still convenient), and I didn't have to wait for shipping and could ride it home same day with a full charge. I also added tanus which I could have done myself cheaper but, again, convenient and was nice to leave the shop with extra tube protection. So even though I wasn't happy with the surprise of the extra cost after getting excited about bringing my new ride home, and missed out on the first time buyer coupon deal on manufacturer site, and paid more due to the dealer fee and local bike tax, I don't blame them (except I do wish I had known before getting excited about taking it home), it was still my choice. The extra time with the bike and having a local shop that I can trust to check out the bike after shipping seems well worth it. Not only did they spend a lot of time to answer every question I had, they were detailed in the info they gave, cared about fitting the right bike to my needs, and honestly we're a joy to talk with. These owners are a rare breed, and a valuable asset to the community. Please stop by and buy a bike & gear from them. They are a true mom and pop, local, family owned shop that deserves a visit and your loyalty."

"Don’t buy a bike from this shop. They are a unethical in their business practices. Warning buyer beware: Don’t buy a Dost bike from them the company is out of business and like this dealer once you buy the bike your out of luck, screwed. Your $4000.00 or $8000.00 if you buy two will have no support. The shop owner is delusional and wants to project all issues back on the customer, as a customer you’re out of luck. The response from the owner she will make stuff up blame you for any warranty claims and lie about everything under the sun to deflect any responsibility to uphold warranty and their was a lot with this e-bike. If you buy a bike from this ebike dealer plan on parking it in the garage and looking at it while you’re waiting for repairs."

"Excellent customer service! The owners are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The Outer Rim is a comfortable space. I enjoyed spending time in this shop waiting for the adjustment needed on my bike. Not only did I got to spend time browsing, I also got to meet the owners beautiful dogs. Lobo aka "Bo" was very tolerant of me cooing him. Total chill dog. The shop has good stock of quality bikes and accessories and their prices are very reasonable. (I saw some real beauties today!). Whether you are looking for a first bike for your child or an electric bike, bike repair or accessories, I definitely recommend The Outer Rim. I look forward to becoming a regular customer of this bike shop."
