"We called Ken Bolstad 30mins after he showed us a boat and we called back to let him know we were heading in to purchase the boat he had showed us. He told my husband that he was actually holding that boat for his friend who was going to go in sometime this week to look at it because they were interested..but would call us next week if they ended up not wanting it. WHAT A JOKE! We were heading in with a cash down payment and he didn’t want our business. Worst customer service."
"They are a true representation of the Hillyer’s!! Look at Hillyer’s Ford! The general manager is an unbelievable jerk! There prices are very high and there post purchase service is atrocious!! They will tell you that everything is not under warranty and some how you end up on the hook for it. Do not buy a Boat or anything from them, you will be much happier going anywhere else. Shame on them for taking advantage of people as they do"
