"Just got cut off the in the drive thru by a literal employee who works here. When we tried to tell her that we had been waiting there for 5 minutes behind the person in front of us she rolled down her window and proceeded to tell us that we’re not allowed to enter from that side so apparently that gives her a right to cut us in line…? Even her coworker was embarrassed for her, trying to take our order for us in front of her but we ended up leaving. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a human perspective but you WORK there?! Embarrassing. I hope she gets fired."
"You probably already love Dutch if you go to Dutch Bros. In the PNW coffee is an athletic sport and people are passionate, dare say competitive about their sources and brands. I'm a hug fan of the sugar free menu, way to go Dutch. I'm living the low carb life and it makes it easy to get coffee and not mess up my blood sugar. Employees are always awesome, service is great."
"The staff are great and love to chat. Music puts your mood into a fun-loving groove. And there are so many choices for drinks. If you fill up your card, you can get a free drink ans on your birthday, you can get any type and size of drink FREE! The staff went even so far as to write an awesome "happy birthday" on one. I love this place!"
