"So, I bought my daughter's jeans last week but she ended up not liking it so when we went to return them today and one of their employees named Raven 690550 (employee#) said that, if you don't have any type of receipt then you can ONLY exchange them for the EXACT same pair and price just different size even though we had the card we paid it for and the price tag which, did not make sense to us. She also didn't have a very good attitude with us when we asked her about it."
