"These guys are my heroes. Especially Sean. I was riding nearby on the Springwater corridor and my chain dropped and got wedged between my crank and frame making the bike unrideable. I walked 25 minutes to get to this shop for an emergency repair and they were able to help me out immediately. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Sean loosened my crank to get my chain out, replaced the chain due to a few damaged links, adjusted my rear brake due to slight dragging on the rotor, and adjusted my slightly dragging front derailleur as well. It was incredibly fast and professional. I was able to ride the 15 or so miles home no problem. Great bike shop, great mechanics."
"Hi~ My husband decided I needed an e-bike for my birthday. So we went into the Trek Westmoreland Store in Oregon. I needed one that was a S not too heavy and would fit my dog basket on the front. With a few modifications I had a new bike. They were extremely help, we would highly recommended them."
"I brought in 2 used children's bikes I had gotten to donate for Christmas. They needed some new tires and tubes. They estimated it would be $65. Not bad. But when I went to pick them up, it was only $35. Seems since it was for the kids, they waived the labor charge. Who does that? We have been going here for some time now. They have always been great! Highly recommend them. They are all awesome!!"
"Fantastic experience here, buying a birthday bicycle for my 10 year old. Brian Combs spoke directly to my son without any condescension, while also making sure we parents had the information we needed. We were able to take two bikes for test rides a couple of blocks away, which allowed my son to make a thoroughly informed decision. The price was fair, and more than fair since they also offer a Trek bike trade in if your previous kids’ bike was purchased there within the past three years. This was the third bike shop we walked through today, and I’m so glad we kept looking because Brian really made the whole experience a pleasure."
