"Amazing! I’m so stoked these guys set up shop in the heart of Slabtown. Super cool space and full lineup of every genre bike aside, the team and service at this location are GEMS. They don’t discriminate in terms of make and model bike or did they flinch when I brought in my odd ride for service I couldn’t articulate. Every other bike shop in Portland is either intimidating, makes me feel dumb, lectures me about long wait times, or bristles at my make and model ride. I just might be found simply hanging out at their cool space, which is liable to spill out into a block party when the summer months hit. Nuff said: the advent of this location opening is a game changer."
"I have purchased two bikes from Trek Downtown. I also have had a older Trek serviced there for years.Always very friendly, excellent customer service.They have been great in telling me everything that is wrong with the bike. But then telling me what NEEDS to be fixed to be safe. I tell anyone I hear saying they are looking to buy a bike to go to Trek Downtown.You can spend less elsewhere, BUT there is a reason the Trek name costs more. The company is built on putting customers first and use top end parts and lifetime warranty on their frames.I am a lifetime buyer from Trek."
"Trek Downtown is now in Slabtown, the new location is super cool with lots of restaurants and coffee shops to explore near by. Not to mention the surf shop next door Cosube has a pretty solid breakfast burrito. They still have the same crew providing excellent work in the service department as well as all the same sales guys. Although parking may be a challenge it is definitely worth the trip."
"I had multiple issues with my bike, they had it fixed just after an hour. I paid what I felt was a reasonable price and my bike is working better than ever. Also the people there are very nice to talk to and were very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me advice that I asked for. Highly recommend."
