"I dropped my regulator off to be repaired and was told around 10 days. After 2 weeks I called and was told they had a problem with their in house pool and service was put off. I called again when a month had passed and was told that now the technician was taking a week off. I couldn't wait that long so I went to get my equipment. When they brought my regulator set out, my DUST cover wasn't replaced. When I asked him why it wasn't on, he acted like it was no big deal. I took this as very unprofessional as I am the one breathing out of it. Long story short, Another shop in the Area was able to get the work done in 7 days with good communication and the dust cover was installed when I picked up my gear."

"I don’t post reviews but, I read and rely on them often. So I’m posting one now to recommend and thank Aquatic Sports. I had a short period of time to complete the courses and pool sessions required to be certified as an Open Water Diver. The staff worked with me to make it happen — they offered an evening session, opened the shop and pool early, worked with my schedule, squeezed me in, and generally accommodated me in my limited timeframe. They even connected me with someone on Maui who could finalize my certification. Thank you again to the staff at Aquatic Sports."
