"Lousy new management.I don’t think Julia knows what she’s doing. Something fishy in this complex with a lot of charges when you move out. Old building - lots of mold ,terrible parking."

"Just disappointed with the new management and new maintenance people. It took over a month for them to repair appliances. Also I lost valuable stuff after the repair, we don’t report it because of course there’s no evidence. But strange, unlike the previous maintenance people they can come in the unit without a problem. There’s a lot of difference now from the previous management. I think it’s not only us but I know a lot of tenants missed Yesenia and the previous maintenance people☹️☹️☹️. We will not renew and won’t recommend this complex."

"Previous review was not posted ? Not sure if it’s google or management company . I have lived here for over a year and loved it but within the last two months there has been a lot of changed to managements and the upkeep of the amenities . The manager , assistant manager , main maintenance guy, and his assistant all quit within the span of a month . Ever since the old maintenance left our pool and hot tub has been having issues . The hot tub has been closed for the past month and the pool was closed for two weeks. It was working fine prior to the changes in management/maintenance. The upkeep of the apartments isn’t the same . New management and maintenance does the bare minimum .For the amount of rent we pay it’s not ok to have the amenities not working for pretty much all the summer time since they close in September which is around the corner . There are better places where you can rent and in the area that are worth the price . And the fact that all management/maintenance left says a lot about the property company. Also in previous year the spa has stayed open year round but now they are closing it . It was the one thing I looked forward to specially after they broke the spa for over a month. I’ve talked to tenants who have lived here for over a decade and they’ve never experienced this either .I will not be renewing my contract and I would not recommend anybody here. Don’t waste your money ."

"There was just a change in management along with the maintenance crew. Biggest mistake ever! Yesenia was available and took care of any needs. Maintenance guys were always so nice. Now, I feel like the new management is never available, they do not answer the phones, never in the office. The pool and jacuzzi are never taken care of. Like they're literally GREEN! Today it's 103, tomorrow is going to be 106, and we have no pool! It's just not be taken care of. So disappointed in the changes! Hopefully better changes to come!"

"We have had many issues living here. The most recent issues include water damage in a quarter of the apartment from the upstairs neighbors water heater breaking last fall and maintenance not properly fixing things. They cut out a hole in the entryway closet to blow a fan into in effort to dry out the walls of our unit that had water running all inside them. We were initially told this would have to run for 2 days and that we would be compensated for the electricity cost of running an industrial fan 24/7 by an offset in our rent. The fan ended up staying in our unit nearly 2 weeks running at full blast and there was no offset to our rent. When the fan was finally removed and the wall fixed in the entry room closet we were told that maintenance was going to come and paint over the replaced dry wall the next day and to keep our closet empty. We kept it that way for nearly a month and maintenance never came to paint telling us they hadn't been able to make it in time and it was then too cold to come paint. They also promised a professional steam cleaning service would be out a few days after the water damage occurred to try to save the carpet and wood underneath from suffering damage, but it was more than 2 weeks before they came which was far to late to save anything. And since the incident the door on the affect entry way closet has started to rot inside and I can see discoloration around it spreading. We had written down all of our communications with maintenance about this water damage issue so we could keep record of how repairs were supposed to go, but when they came to remove the fan they took that paperwork out of our apartment without our permission. This was the only evidence we had to support them not keeping to schedule with repairs and they stole it from us. When we called the head maintenance man and explained that our paperwork was missing he told us it was wrong of him to take it but there was nothing he could do now as he had already shredded the paperwork. At this time we requested for local management to put us in contact with Quantum Residential corporate offices because at that point we had lost all trust with local management and needed to talk to someone above them to hopefully resolve our issues. They told us they would do this and we never heard anything from corporate. Also, just about a month ago they came out to install new vents in the sides of the walls of the breezeway outside our apartments, doing a really bad job with caulking and leaving nails scattered everywhere. My wife and I called local management about the loose nails that needed to picked up and then two weeks later my wife ended up stepping on one of those nails. To date they have still not come out to clean up the mess left after their horrible work. At the same time they added an access hatch to our storage closet on the back porch which has a handle sticking up preventing me from putting anything in the storage unit. There is also a large carpenter nail sticking straight up through the wooden hatch that is extremely unsafe. We have informed local management that we are being prevented from using our storage closet because of these issues along with the fact that the installation of the hatch was done very poorly with low quality warped wood that was not sanded off at all on the corners. They have not come to fix things in multiple weeks and we even have equipment left on our back porch by the maintenance people who installed the hatch. At this point I have no trust or faith that local management can service this complex properly and I do not want to stay here. I have left a vm ever week since November and no one will return a call today I left a voicemail for everyone in the corporate office and still nothing we have sent this as an email to them and nothing. They will most likely screw me out of everything and blame it on me when we move! Never move here! All pictures are from move in!"
