"Totally worthy of a visit. We took the tour, which lasted maybe 40 minutes, but we asked a lot of questions. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the place and is history. Most historical sites of this kind have only furnishings similar to the period but this house had much of the original furnishings. The historical society has done a very good job restoring the building and keeping intact the original integrity."
