"I've been living at New Heritage Apartments since 2020 and for the first time I feel our Manager Megan is someone who can be trusted. She has actually turned this Complex around in several ways. Not only has she taken care of business, but she always has a smile on her face. Very pleasant personality and is so very kind. I feel we finally have a Manager that cares for the tenants. She's a breath of fresh air, and I'm pleased she is our Manager."
"I moved into New Heritage Apt on August 2023. Since living here it has been a wonderful place to live. I hear very little noise, the neighbors are very respectful, if they see you need help, they're there to help. Meagan, the manager is on top of things and very friendly and on top of problems. Richard, the maintenance man is also on top of everything. The things Meagan can't see, Richard is on top of it and gets problem solved right away. New Heritage Apt is clean, friendly and quiet place to live."
"Am a current resident, management is very friendly and helpful for any assistance or questions. A nice dog run for pets both big and small and plenty of grass area for potty walks. Easy set up for getting moved in and quick and friendly handyman. First week of moving in our toilet broke and it was a weekend, within the hour, management got us a new better toilet. Definitely better than our last apartments and would recommend."
"I moved into New Heritage in July of 2009. I have lived here ever since. I have always been treated with the utmost of care and respect. Our property has rules set that governs all those who live here. When a renter turns in maintenance request, it is addressed as is physically possible. The grounds are kept up and makes this property beautiful place to live. I would recommend renting this property to any. & all I know. Its great and affordable."
"Manager megan is super nice, friendly and helpful. they work really hard to keep the place clean. they are always there when you have a question, problem or concern. 100% recommend renting from here. prices are reasonable for this economy too!"
