"Damon had his boat in the water and ready to go when I arrived 15 minutes early. He gave a warm greeting and commenced with easy conversation. Very comfortable life preserves were put on. Fishing tips were offered in a kind way as we proceeded to catch our limit of Kokanee. Details included easy to use reels with depth gauges, bait cups beside each fishing station, towels to wipe hands, rain gear, up to date fish finding equipment, comfortable seats and a 150hp motor that whizzed us to the productive fishing spot. To my amazement Damon cleaned the Kokanee. Damon is a knowledgeable and fun fishing guide."

"Second trip with Damon. Always exceptional. Great equipment, excellent knowledge, and he is clearly a very respected guide by all the fisherman. Our group had an awesome experience. We will definitely book again."

"A wonderful experience! Damon is fantastic at what he does. He was humorous and informative on our trip, even stopping the boat to point out a pod of porpoise! Originally, my lure wasn’t attracting any salmon, when he noticed it wasn’t moving through the water like it should he set my pole with a new one and within the hour I reeled in 8 coho! It was a blast! He cleaned and filleted all the fish and was a great conversationalist. The five stars is for doing his job well, making the experience great, and just being a wonderful, genuine human! Thanks again for a fantastic day Damon!"

"I’ve been on two separate fishing guides with nomad’s. The first was for Ling Cod and Sea Bass. The trip was great, a lot of action and we all caught sizable fish. I was very impressed so I booked a salmon trip. The second trip was half the time. There was even more action and we tagged out with 6 in the boat in two hours. Nomad’s has a simple set up, Damon is attentive and has everything set up for success. Many boats around while we fish have dead lines while we are all yelling “fish on!”. The price is great, the experience plus the amount of fish you take home can not be beat. Already looking to plan an other trip!"

"We went fishing with another senior couple, 4 total. None of us classify ourselves as fishermen, and this was our first kokanee trip. Our guide Damon was courteous and professional. We caught a total of 120 fish, which was the limit. This was was our first time, so it was an outstanding experience. This trip is a great trip for families, children, seniors and those with no experience in fishing. We're looking forward to our next trip, possibly taking our grandkids. Can't wait!"
