"The property manager shouted at me for walking through the parking lot. As there are also several stores adjacent to this building it seemed like a reasonable walking route. Thus, I found this disturbing; while I have not lived here I think residents should be aware that this may be the manager they end up living under."

"I needed a place to live solo during the pandemic. This place was cheap, quiet, and met my basic needs. That said, you will be better off going to the laundromat instead of the machines on-site. And you will get a 3 minute sideshow of all the things you shouldn't do in your apartment upon move-in. No, the management should not tell you what color beverage you can drink. Limit your interactions with the management. Over half of my deposit was withheld for very weak reasons, and they were weasally when I contested it. Take pictures when you move in, and out again."

"WORST apartments ever- land lady is awful and loves to find any way to invade your privacy when she can- I lived practically alone in a 1br with my friend and she would comment on how weird it was we shared a room (she also would comment about us being out of town) Not only does she continuously walk around the apartments looking through windows she will smell under door and will knock to "confront" you if she thinks you have anything fishy going on. SHE TURNED OFF MY POWER when I was out of town. I came back from a week long summer trip out of state to find my power turned off and all my food in my fridge rotten. When I called she said when she entered my apartment for a scheduled check (I knew about) she saw how empty it was and "assumed" we moved out still wouldn't admit to flipping the breaker and then ignored all my emails and wouldn't talk to me when I would come to the office. I ended up moving out early and would never want anyone to experience the amount of anxiety she put me through. I will never recommend these to anyone and would give it negative stars if I could"

"Worst experience EVER talking to the landlady. Condescending, rude, and cut me off every time I talked to her. Gets annoyed when asked basic questions. Clearly she has problems and hates her job. I considered this place to live for college but will NOT be looking into this place anymore. I typically don't ever leave reviews, so the fact that I'm not even a tenant and had to leave this review just shows how HORRIBLE this old lady is. She's terrible and doesn't even bother to do the bare minimum of being kind to future tenants. Do NOT think about contacting her unless you want your day ruined. I wish I could give this 0 stars if I could."

"Honestly would rate the land lady lower if I could. She was constantly rude a pain in every interaction. At the start of the pandemic the lease expired and I asked her if we could negotiate rent for the coming year, and she just laughed and said no. Worst land lord I have ever had by far, 0/10 cannot recommend. Also got back almost none of the deposit."
