"Be careful when applying. (the manager) puts on a fake smile and woos you in. Apartments are rusted, moldy and the appliances are damaged, some with severe burns. When attempting to contact her she will give you single response anwsers. She also is completely racist. She will only approach and greet white tenants but walk by any one of color. You get what you pay for. There is no wifi here aswell. It's been removed. Door slamming, car revving, abandoned cars and car break in's is normal here. If the homeless people don't keep you up at night, your neighbors will. Find Scott sanders (possible owner) information. I think he is unaware."

"You honestly can't get a better deal in Corvallis. Rent covers water, sewage, gas, cable, and internet. You really only have to pay electric. Francene is one of the nicest people, and she really made my stay here amazing. Leaving because of my job, or else I would have renewed my lease here."

"I lived here from 08/2017 to 06/2018. The place is okay, it's too close to the freeway so I heard noises (cars) during the night, which effected my sleep. I read the bad review about the manager changing cleaning fee, so I took photos after leaving. But guess what, they charged $200 for the carpet and they took $200 silently by claiming that the deposit was $500, which is not true. The deposit was $700, I remembered it clearly as I checked the contract and the deposit note and (stupidly) left them on the countertop without taking photos. I contacted the manager but she didn't reply. She was quite nice and friendly toward everyone and my daughter liked her. I decided to skip the matter. Today I checked back the place (we missed Corvallis a lot) and saw one more bad review, so the problem is still there."

"I had the same problem as the previous reviewer. I left the place spotless, and they still charged $600 cleaning deposit. It wouldn’t be so bad but the place was generally dirty and smelly when I moved in. It smells of lots of cigarette and weed smoke, mold and dirty feet. Steer clear, unless you want to deal with a criminal management."

"We have an issue with the manager when we moved out. We left with everything clean, and nothing in the room. We asked the manager to do an inspection before we moved out and she said everything is okay. However, after we moved out, we were charged 700 dollars for cleaning. And when asked her for picture evidence, she said she already cleaned it. It is obviously unfair to us, and be prepared to take some pictures to show you cleaned everything."
