The Quad Corvallis

"The Quad has been the perfect place for me to call home the last 2 years I’ve attended OSU. As a graduate student I value my privacy and independent work space, so it’s really nice that the Quad offers single rooms and individual bathrooms! The proximity to campus is perfect; I bike everyday and it takes me less than 5 minutes to get to class. Rent is affordable, and the staff has an incredibly fast response time to maintenance requests/work orders. I would definitely recommend the Quad to new or incoming students."

"The quad is in a nice location that is about all that is positive about this place and even that has it's areas for concern. Within one week of moving in my bike which was locked in front of the main entrance was stolen, I filed a police report and at that time the security cameras weren't working (who knows if they still aren't functioning?) The front entrance has a wheelchair access door which is not functioning I put in a service request for that because I had surgery and they put a cone in front of the door for a week but it still isn't fixed, they taped a sign to the door saying to please make sure it closes but they probably don't realize when the wheel chair access door worked the door would close on it's own. The dumpster outside is in a secure holding area with a broken lock. The downtown transients constantly pilfer through the dumpster looking for cans to collect I have found pieces of my mail which I had thrown away on the streets of downtown Corvallis blocks away. When the management company changed it seemed they did not know what to do at first, they even sent an email saying they would not be setup to do online rent payments and that you would need to go to Fred Meyer or Walmart to do some sort of transaction at the register there. It seems the new focus is on students which is fine but Mykah has a difficult time differentiating between property manager and resident advisor. It seems the main objective now is to make as much money as possible. I was coerced into renewing my lease over 6 months before my lease expired with the threat that my apartment might not be available to me by the time my lease ends that someone would reserve my apartment 6 months in advance without any notification to the current occupant. They are now offering reserved parking spaces (for a fee of course) in hopes of squeezing just a bit more money out of tenants (back to the profit margins) The quad is what it is, but for the location and price I'm sure it is a great place for young students."

"I’ve been a resident since July 2021. The property used to be called the 707 community. When it was the 707 community this complex was garbage. The new owners have changed it completely for the better. There is now patio seating and a fire pit on the roof! All of the doors, lights, landscape, parking spots are all being fixed/cleaned everyday. With these apartments you also get a washer and dryer in the unit which is very unheard of in student living in Corvallis. Every maintenance request was handled in a timely manner. The water is always warm, the people are friendly, no loud or noisy neighbors! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Very laid back. I’m very satisfied with this being my first apartment as well!! Thank you to The Quad for a great experience!!! (Living Room is a great size space for Wii Bowling, as pictured)"

"The Quad offers the best student housing in Corvallis! It’s so close to OSU and downtown Corvallis, less than a mile from campus. They have added so many new amenities and offer roommate matching, which really makes for a great living experience. Great place to live, amazing resident events. The Quad has it all!"
