"Everyone we have met has been so friendly and kind. I have talked to more neighbors in the last 2 months then I did at our previous home that we lived in for 7 years."
"Since my last review was deleted I’ll leave the basics. Black mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. My car was broken into multiple times. Fake security cameras. Was told the carpet was new, it was 8 years old and falling apart. There is dog poop everywhere."

"Parking spaces are not adequately located near their respective units. Constantly told to relocate vehicles for various reasons with inadequate space to relocate effectively. Very poor communication system with constantly conflicting information being distributed. Pool is constantly closed because they are unaware of how to operate it properly. All refurbished units, including top floors, are hardwood with thin floors/ceilings. Cielings/walls/floors do not meet the 50 decibel noise reduction minimum that is required. No official complaint process. Located next to train tracks where the train is regularly loud at 3 am. I moved in a short time ago and feel slighted by what is shown vs. What the experience truly is. I cannot, in good faith, recommend anyone to live here. The maintainence worker, Justin, is the only truly helpful employee."
"I really enjoy living here. It was kind of messy getting into the apartment because I was accidentally offered “the wrong deal” even if it was on the site. I just happened to recieve it because they accidentally put it on my lease. They also couldn’t tell me why I couldn’t qualify with my credit. But it was all resolved because I received one month free and their office staff is always on top of things, they have low staff so you have to be patient when calling in but they always call back when I leave a voicemail. Jessica, who works there, is very responsive and is amazing! I love this place compared to my last. It’s beautiful and it’s very spacious. My dog loves it here too. You guys are great!"
