Timberhill Meadows Apartments

"I lived here for 5 years and loved every second and was so sad when I eventually had to move for my husband's work. The office staff are phenomenal! Brooke, Tiffany, and Steve do such a wonderful job running things and are such a delight to chat with. Our apartment was comfortable, stylish, and had all the features we were looking for. The complex is adjacent to many acres of forest and fields with endless hiking trails. We were able to walk to very close by grocery shopping and amazing local restaurants. The bus line is very close if you want to take public transit (which is free!) and the area is great for walking and biking. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and I never heard noise from the roads, only the sounds of the birds singing in the forest. I loved my home at Timberhill Meadows and its close proximity to the wonderful Pacific Northwest forests. I hope you get the pleasure of making this place your home too, it's truly a hidden gem in NW Corvallis."

"It's really comfortable to live here! It's very suitable for relaxing tired body after a day's class. The light on the balcony is very good. I often sit on the deck chair on the balcony and enjoy afternoon tea! Neighbors are also very quiet and can keep pets. This is the most comfortable neighborhood in Corvallis."

"I lived at Timberhill Meadows for 4.5 years and I'm really sad I had to leave. The folks that work here are fantastic. Brooke, the property manager, is super professional and friendly. Steve, the on-site maintenance person, is also really friendly and trustworthy, and he would get to maintenance issues usually within a day. I've seen a few office employees come and go, but I also always had a positive experience with them. These apartments also put money into landscaping, re-painting the parking lot every so often, cleaning your windows or the side of the buildings, etc. so I always felt like the apartments were being well maintained or even improved upon. Communication between management and residents was timely and transparent. The area itself is nice and quiet and I always felt safe/secure."

"I lived here for a 01 year. The rent is not cheap here. If you want to live in 2nd floor or 03rd floor apartments, make sure that you have strong knees and legs. They do not have Elevators. Apartment sizes are not very spacious. Also No central air or Hot Air. They have installed few individual electric heaters in the apartment. Therefor the apartment has no air circulation. Also no air filter in the apartment. The apartment carpet's are looks good when you move in, but they are full of mold, bacteria and fungus because it is pet friendly, My family got sick after breathing in this bad air. Also when you move out, if there is a slight damage to the carpet, they will take your full deposit and charge you extra too. Make your own decision before you move here."
