"My family and I have lived here since 2018. I love it here. Best apartment complex I have lived at. Yes it’s older, but so are most of the other apartments I have lived at. Here they listen to you and when you do have maintenance issues you are greeted by a very nice employee who communicates and helps. I really love this community and the manager is really nice and helpful."

"I've been leaving here for 5 years and I have seen a total of 2 managers leave. But our current one is amazing. Ever since April has arrived she has been deligent in making amazing changes to our complex. Shes sweet,caring and knows how to be a manager. I love her and I enjoy living at Royal Pines. ♥️♥️"
"Run away!! Mold in old apartments and skyrocketing costs. Then they gouge you on move out. This place was reasonable at half the price, and under different management."
