"Brookside estates is located in a fairly decent area convenient to gas station stores close to highway a few parks. A club for golfers Fred Meyers Safeway Bi-Mart are the big stores that are within a mile or two... But the apartments themselves very old trims doors cupboards refrigerators dishwasher sink all original not updated at all.. the only updates are sliding glass doors and countertops fresh paint.. but does have good parking and lots of extra parking.."

"Quiet complex, some traffic noise. I'm probably the loudest tenant here. Never even heard anyone else. Older building, newer appliances. I never had any major problems. Maintenance responds to issues quickly and is very polite. The average complex rent in this area is a bit high for my taste, but this apartment prices acceptable. The apartment manager is really easy to work with and 5 star good guy."
