"Leased a home with this company. Comes off very sweet , but was not honest with deposit. We cleaned house better than we found it with photos to prove it. Had construction crew there after we moved then told us about stains on carpet. Waited until nearly last legal day to return some of the deposit. When other people are trying to come together in a crisis they were just looking for was to fleece clients. Typical property management. (Before pics of siding and decks when we moved in)"

"Linda at Action Realty has been the landlord for my rental since I moved to Florence nearly 3 years ago. Any problems that have cropped up with the place have been taken care of as quickly as she could obtain a repair person. I find Linda to be as caring towards her renter (me) as I imagine she is with her clients. I have found Linda to be fair, honest and always conducting her business in an above board and professional manner - plus she's a nice lady. I have lived in California, Washington and Hawaii as well as here in Oregon over the past 20 years and have had to pay for a credit check to rent a place in all of them - it is the way things have been done for a long time now. Linda processed my application quickly and gave great tips for the move-in. I hope to have her as my landlady for many years to come."
