"The room looked decent but the bed was hard, the thermostat broken, and the cable service was so bad that I watched my tablet instead. The woman who checked us in said she didn't have queen beds but had rooms with two queens beds!!! Um ... so you DO have queen beds, lol."
"Our room was good they could clean better the door had a weird brown smudge on it above the inside door handle. We called a day in advance to see if the hot tub worked after reading reviews, the lady said yes. When we got there we asked where it was and she said it’s closed bc it needed to be inspected! Also if you forget toothpaste or anything ignore the card in your room that says if you forgot something ask the front desk bc they do not do that according to the man running the front the next morning. Customers are just an inconvenience to pause the employees personal lives they bring to work, kids screaming in the back room behind the desk and the man was on a personal phone call and just didn’t want to be bothered it felt unwelcoming and very uncomfortable the whole stay"
"Will never stay here again. Pool/hot tub is closed, front desk is too busy talking on their cell phone the whole time to help. A sign in the room said they have toothpaste and other small stuff we may have forgot, went down to get toothpaste and they don't have anything. Rooms are hard to get the right temperature, the thermostat doesn't work properly, also water temp is very touchy. If you slightly adjust the water it's either scolding hot or freezing cold, it takes a bit to find the happy medium, with little pressure. Room appearance looked nice though, besides the TV angled up towards the ceiling."
"Card displayed in the room read cleaned by Jenni. Jenni is not a cleaner. Jenni should find other work. My phone stuck to the side table and had to be pried loose. Also, the hot tub was inoperable. The main reason i booked here! I won't go back and do not recommend it!"
