"The property was awsome and a great location. However the management was very unprofessional. We were treated very poorly and were lied to when doing our final walk through. At the end of the situation we were needlessly gouged an extra $200 for having some extra trash in the bins outside. We were also told that our dog (very clean and well managed show dog) ruined the (original) carpeting that had been there for years with the last tenets. On our move in date it was understood that the carpets would be changed regardless in a years time. Once more, nice but run down property and an AWFUL manager. I know that places to rent in Florence are scarce but I would avoid if possible."
