"Leasing agent didn't show up to viewing or answer her phone, waste of time and money"

"Couldnt find the leasing office, Expensive A.F. for what you get:$200/mo for a garage?? The manager on duty didnt know the answers to any of our questions. We'll look elsewhere for the money. Huge waste of time stopping by"

"The parking situation here is a total disaster. There are not enough spots for all the tenants, the spots are small and poorly marked, numbers are hard to read, and management has been extremely unprofessional in leaving very aggressive and passive hand written notes on people’s cars as apposed to the well worded printed notes they use for everything else."

"The units are decently nice and the complex is quiet for the most part, but there are only light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. I honestly would of given them more stars if it weren’t for the parking situation, it’s a tiny lot, spots are small, and I’ve been assigned someone else’s spot two times in a row after paying for the permit forcing me (and others I’m not the only one this has happened to) to find other places to park, and if they don’t like it they tow you. Their fire lane is extremely under marked and doesn’t meet code so if you do live here be careful of that because again they will tow you. The lot itself is too small for even the amount of residents that are in the building. Which would be fine if there where street parking near by but there is not. If you have more than one vehicle I would recommend to keep looking regardless of getting a pass for both it will be a huge nuisance. The office also never answers the phone."

"The apartments themselves are not bad; however the parking situation, unclean public washer & dryers and the amount of smokers on site can be something to consider before moving in. Unfortunately the apartment has an association with a tow company and as such the tow company can tow any car without a sticker even if your car or guest is allowed to be parked in your own spot. Be aware the tow company chargers an exuberant amount if your car is towed. Management is also hit or miss though not seeming to care much about tenant issues."
