"Very bad place to live.Property theft, ridiculous rules,arrogangt manager,very high rent.cons are countless.When you go to office manager 'jennifer' never greet or smile.She thinks she is special. Forget about your security deposit when you move out they not going to return a penny even you keep your apartment like a baby.One star is too many for this property. If you love your family and concern about their safety never move there."

"It took over 6 months to replace the blinds that were broken or missing at move in. The sprinkler alarm kept malfunctioning for over 2 months as well. The office & maintenance staff was pleasant but obviously never got support from the owners."

"This is NOT the place to live. Hands down,,, the worst maintenance crews ever. Very HIGH turn over for workers, NOT study in management either. The owner, of the Meridian Green Townhomes is cheap as HELL. She needs to invest some serious money into her property. First off, fix the pluming, OK! Try installing NEW carpets when NEW tenants move in, replacing old equipment with more updated equipment. One of the many examples; when painting the front door, let's try painting it correctly and NOT sloppy. UGH! it's horrible here DON"T MOVE HERE. Also the negligent can jeopardizing one's safety. YES! The PEOPLE some of the people are so GHETTO!!! NO respect for others. Partying pass 12 A.M screaming and laughing out of control, letting their KIDS cry, play at all times of the night. just irritating noise........... day or night. Not regular noise either. It's LOUD!!! annoying, unnecessary noise. If you think for one second you can sleep in on a Saturday? Think again! If it ain't the grounds keepers waking you up, it's the neighbor's, yelling, being extra loud, bombing car music, neighbors hitting on the walls fighting day or night. And when you can't get proper sleep because of this, you are NOT a happy person. It's like management cleans up the place by getting rid of undesired tenants but then management let them move right back in. You'll be sorry and for what you pay out of pocket or with KCHA it's NOT worth it."

"Horrible Place. Wish i never moved here. Landlord is slow at getting things fixed. A lot of things needed to be fixed. People are low lifes and extremely ghetto here. Was harassed by neighbors while living here. Other neighbors not very friendly. Always looking out the windows everytime we pulled up or left. Feared my car getting scratched up and dented by kids and other people. The front door frame looks like it's been broken into, and it took them over a month to fix it. Also the place does not stay heated. You can feel a breeze from the doors and windows. The townhomes are beautiful inside, but the outside was very trashy."
