"I can't say enough good things. Excellent care. Everyone good at their jobs. We had a wound vac put on a Friday and Saturday it had a leak and needed to be replaced. They were there in an hour and half. Adrienne wonderful. Rick left a care facility that was negligent in their care and we ended up at OHSU for 4 more weeks. Signature far exceeded our expectations.
