"We arrived at the ER at 930ish Friday in the morning. I was checked and triaged by 10ish. Hooked up to the IV and saw Dr. Ismach by 1030 or so. He had clearly researched my chronic illness, listened to me, and then spoke by phone with my out-of-town specialist, and then updated me. Ran a blood test and diagnosed flu. Phew! Prescriptions called in and we were out by 1230ish. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Good experience given the circumstances; I hope to not have to return, but feel very comfortable if we have to!"

"A TOTAL NIGHTMARE NOT EVEN WORTH 1STAR!!! Waited over 5 hours and never saw a doctor!! I got irritated and they put a security guard outside my door I finally asked to go home and what a surprise a nurse practitioner showed up!!! Yeah quality care!!!!! Rude front desk employees and nurses with real ATTITUDES I'll have a better chance at being well and taken care of someplace else Will never trust your hospital or staff and will never have ANYTHING to do with your facilities or your kind and caring staff WHAT A JOKE !! PATIENTS BEWARE!!!"

"On 11/12 around 1:40 pm Brought in my cousin after having a seizure receptionist was extremely rude rolling her eyes, I asked for her name. She said they’re not allowed to give their names.they really need to take some sort of training on how to make people feel welcomed coming to the hospital!"

"I have been to the hospital 4 times recently for different procedures. I can't say enough how well the admin, nurses, and doctors perform their jobs with compassion and great results. My most recent trip was on 10/5/23 for surgery. From start to finish, those that took care of me were wonderful. Shout out to Elaina, Jackie, Trisha, Jenna, Kati, Jason, Nancy, Kandy, and of course Dr. MARTIN! Samaritan is lucky to have you."

"I am Robert McKnight - - — on September 7th 2023 in the afternoon I came into emergency and later went home - - - and I had to return early in the morning on September 8th after going home and having my same painful condition reoccur. And for the very first time of my trips to emergency at Lincoln hospital, the doctor that was taking care of me went the extra mile and found me a cardiologist at Providence hospital in Portland. Thanks to him I was able to be treated the next day with 2 stents that may have saved my life. . You can look up my records and see who the doctor was. He is really to be commended. Thank him so much. In past trips to emergency, I have always just been sent home and had to go on the Internet and find the doctor that might be able to help me without the help of the emergency providing a contact. My wife found a surgeon for my back problem one time when I had returned from emergency. She had to find that surgeon on the Internet and get me connected with a referral from my general practitioner. It would've been nice to have had a doctor at emergency have made a contact for me instead of my wife. That might be something to consider in the future with your staff helping the patients in that way. Thank you again Robert McKnight [ one time while in Mexico and my wife went to emergency, the emergency doctor there contacted two professionals to help with my wife and they took out her gallbladder the same day and a couple of days later pulled out a kidney stone. Thanks to the doctor everything was taken care of within that week. ]"
