"My wife and I were travelling from SE Oregon to Depot Bay on the Oregon coast and ran over an object on the road. Long story short, we ended up in Lincoln City and took our vehicle to Care Car Specialists. We live in central Canada and had to wait 25 days for Chrysler to send the parts. Yes, we were extremally frustrated on the wait. However, Mark was patient, did not hold any punches and was/is thoroughly professional.
