"I have been a founding member of this location since before they opened. The only way I can describe this establishment it is not put together and unprofessional at best. I primarily go there for IV drips, but they never have time on the schedule, only for me to book an appointment to show up for them to be completely dead. Their nurses have no grasp on a septic technique and I have seen them do injections without wearing any gloves or proper skin prep. My wife received a Hydro facial and it was hands-down the worst experience she has ever had, she started breaking out immediately after the procedure was done. I’m pretty sure they have an unlicensed aesthetician. What really makes this place terrible is just the overall lack of professionalism, they are constantly understaffed, or their staff is on break. This all amounts to customers time being wasted. All of their staff does not listen to you, regularly talk over you, and at certain points, won’t even let you ask questions. When you do ask questions, and or given answers, they are very vague and ill informed. At certain times, I’ve even heard staff complain about lack of training. I will be contacting the Oregon health, licensing office and filing a report. As well as contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do not give these rude people your business."

I have been able to book things within a day or two of requesting an appointment, so that is great! Here are the services I have tried and would recommend: cryotherapy, infrared sauna, compression, IV therapy. Great services, great staff, chill vibes what else could you ask for when you are trying to pamper yourself."
