"I want to start by saying that I have had many MRI’s. Three previously for the exact imaging I had at Clearview and this was the worst experience I have had. The exact imaging at another location took 45 min, at Clearview it took 2 hours with no explanation. Their MRI machine is unbelievably loud, they actually gave me earplugs and then headphones, which I have never experienced elsewhere, and it was still overwhelming. On top of that they didn’t provide any music for a 2 hour appointment. The MRI itself was very dirty with dust everywhere and black marks from Im not sure what. The gentleman that did my IV for my contrast messed it up badly and I bled everywhere. The only positive I took away was the staff. They were very kind. I unfortunately will not be coming back for my next MRI in 6 months."

"This place is terrible. The MRI service is done in a truck container. I have a torn meniscus and I had to climb aluminum stairs in order to get into The container truck. I had to wait in the hot sun. It was 85° noon for an hour because they're running behind schedule. They did not tell me they're running behind schedule. They just let me sit there cooking. I then had to change my clothes in the container with the MRI attendant and the office person . because they don't have any bathroom facilities or any locker changing room facilities. I also had to pay $800 up front when they didn't notify me in advance that I'd be paying $800 up front."
