"The staff and doctor are all kind, but I had many procedures and my leg is still in pain. I had 8 or 9 procedures. Never did my leg stop hurting. And it is actually worse. This experience has prompted me to switch insurance, and speak to a primary care that will refer me to a vascular surgeon rather than a vein clinic. This has been very frustrating and a year of my life just thinking, one more, there’s just a little bit left to get. It never arrived. I was also in blood thinners for way too long. And my face showed allergic reactions to them and I “had to stay on them”. This has been an awful experience. So much hassle, pain, and time for literally no improvement. And I have to wear my compression socks daily now or I really feel it. Waiting on open enrollment and a referral at this point. If your symptoms are minor, or your veins are visible, I’m sure they can help you. But if you’ve been dealing with this for years, and your leg swells 2cm larger, I’d recommend you look else where. They are very nice. But did not help me. And it was a huge hassle for a year, and I’m still in pain with basic activities, daily."
