"I had one of the most disheartening experiences calling this clinic to schedule an appointment. This clinic has one of the most unprofessional medical office staff I have ever encountered. * To clarify- I inquired about same day appointment availability, as this practice was a recommended option from my insurance company. When the office staff asked why I needed an appointment, I stated for a physical exam and a refill on a routine medication. The person quickly asked for what medication, I responded, she then said we don’t do that an hung up. First - she wasn’t professional, second- it was clear she does not have any medical knowledge or training to assess medications or their intended use, and third this was in unethical question in the first place. When I called back to discuss this matter with a supervisor I was denied this opportunity, told they were handling electronic issues, and then again hung up on. I have never written such a post, but this practice needs to be aware of their front staff and their lack of ethical practices and treatment of possible future clients. Hope this posts helps them grow and learn from very unethical communication style from their office team."

"Dr. Erickson has been my physician for over 15 years now. He has helped me through some very difficult times, traumatic injuries, etc. I can say how much I appreciated him speaking to my care team while I was hospitalized. He worked with the team to figure out how to best manage the problems I was having while being an in-patient hospital patient for over a month and a half! I trust him and his abilities to make medical suggestions for me to understand and help better any situation that now may happen. The staff is also great! Especially Grace! She is the cutest, funniest Phys assistant with the best bedside manner any patient would want!"

Appointments aren't a hassle and you're never, ever rushed. Even when you make an appointment with Julie, Dr. Erickson's PA who is absolutely the best I've ever seen EVER, if she feels the doctor needs to come in, she doesn't hesitate to call him into the examination room. In the short time that we've been here, our family has experienced two major medical issues. They've taken care of my family members' post-hospital aftercare, and I absolutely trust everyone in this practice. Cascade Family Practice is now taking care of and overseeing my whole family's medical care."
