"The scheduling team needs a workshop on phone etiquette and customer service. They cancelled my eye exam appointment I booked out in advance with less than an hours notice. I understand things come up but they didn't even offer to get me in as soon as possible, they just tried to throw me down the line another month. I took off work for this appointment and expressed that and the person I spoke with just sounded clueless and like they didn't know anything."
