"This Clinic is not for everyone, but understanding how it works and how you can work it is very helpful. I am on the Oregon Health Plan, so was unable to find any doctors that were taking new patients on the Oregon Health Plan when I started with iridescent Wellness. Randa Kucey is a NP, who more or less manages My Healthcare through referrals and appointments. Since hiring Kaedance, her office manager, communication and response times have vastly improved. I generally know what I need, and when I don't I set an appointment with Randa to begin a diagnosis and treatment plan. Sometimes this takes time, and I am referred to specialists, but it has proven fairly effective. Generally speaking, this feels like the new model of healthcare. Nurse practitioners generally have a stronger sense of patient needs then doctors do. Regardless, I believe that in our Healthcare System one needs to be directly involved in their Healthcare, and be persistent about their needs, which means diligence in following up and keeping track of ones Health needs. If you are a hands on person, don't mind doing your own research and being diligence, the system seems to work okay."
"Would not recommend going to iridescent wellness clinic for care. I have been a paitent for a little over a year, and the few times I have gone in with concerns I have left feeling belittled and brushed off. Randa has told me on two seperate visits she would refer me to specialists and never has. She looks on google and her doctors google to diagnose, only to reread what is on the screen to me, as if i had not been googling and worrying weeks before coming to see her for care. I have also felt uncomfortable by comments she has made on my clothing and weight. I did not recieve adequate care here, I have not benefited from any of my visits, or been helped to heal in any way. I have been affected negatively psycologically from my experiences with her. I find it necsessary to leave this review so that people will be able to avoid similar experiences."
