"I've had my last two dental appointments with Shannon. I believe she is temping there. You guys should hire her full time, she is absolutely wonderful. I'm a recovering addict so dental appointments are hard for me and cause me and extreme amount of embarrassment and anxiety because my drug use left my teeth in very poor condition. Often times when I see a dentist I feel judged and they make rude comments. Not Shannon. She made me feel welcome and like I mattered. I wish all dentists had her bedside manner. Shannon, if you see this, I just want you to know that you are a wonderful person and I hope your life is full of blessings because you deserve it. Thank you for making me feel worthy. "This is the best dental clinic I've been to in a dozen years. I had an extraction last week and Dr. Dillion and the entire staff took care of me in ways I didn't expect. The bleeding that occurred made me very concerned, but they were all calm and professional. This kept me from going over the edge. Everything worked out fine and it was because they all knew what to do. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them and how they took care to make sure I was okay. Thank you Arrow Dental."

"They canceled my appointment that i waited 10 months for without informing me. Simply because I couldnt afford a crown six months ago. I called and said “i cant afford this, ill call you if i can” and they took such offense to that they then canceled my future appointments without informing me. I am completely devastated because i desperately need dental care. Thank you for treating me like an impoverished peasant who deserves no respect or dental care. I referred you so many clients, too, i really should not have"
