"I don't trust doctors or dentists. I avoid going to them. But a back molar needed to be pulled. I made an appointment with Dr. Jessica & she is amazing! ❤️ First of all, they called me right in after I got there. Her assistant took my blood pressure, etc. Then she came in & gave me novacaine. She then tapped around the tooth & next thing I know she was done. I didn't feel a thing. I've never such a good experience at the dentist. I was in & out within 15 minutes! I will always go to her!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. They called at 830am and I was in the shower. I called back 7 minutes later because I had an appointment the next day so I assumed it was to confirm it. The lady was SO rude I can't even comprehend how she still has a job. She was so condescending. She said they called the day before (no missed call from them) and that day which was 7 MINUTES PRIOR and she said "no you don't have an appointment because it's been cancelled". I've also been waiting for TWO months to get this appointment. She asked if I remembered them telling me I need to call THEM to confirm my appointment. I said no I do not, since I was not told that. I ended up cancelling since this woman was so unprofessional and rude, all for waiting 2 months not to be seen."

"Unprofessional,Toxic, Clown Show! UPDATE: If you sign up for cancellation list call they leave a Message but give appointment away if you don't call back in 2 seconds, I called back in Exactly 5 minutes. Just more of the same lack of proffessionalism and care for their patients. Office staff, the Nasties behind the Glass, especially cranky old grey haired lady and eye rolling Gabi, who dots her I's with a little ○, are Rude, Toxic and Ignorant. Don't Be On Time Or they will throw an Over the Top Tantrum. They have no clue how Insurance works. After an Hour My Provider had to call and Explain it to them! Your Welcome 4 the Free Training! Just a Sham of a Front Office Workplace. That being said The Working Medical PROFESSIONALS in the back get 5 Stars! Dentists are super knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Hope the Front Office Staff doesn't rub their stink off on them! Thier prices aren't fair or reasonable...just go elsewhere!"

"I love this clinic! Everyone was so friendly, from the moment I walked through the front door and for the entire visit. I felt safe and comfortable, even happy, which are not normal ways to feel at the dentist. It amazes me that this great place has been here without my realization that I could use it. The day that someone recommended White Bird Dental to me, I had been struggling for several days to find a dentist who could remove a very painful tooth. Everyone was booked up for months. Then I called White Bird, who got me in the same day. Plus, it's affordable, whether my insurance can pay anything or not."

"I like dentists that actually provide care during their emergency dental hours. I like dentists who will double check to see if a root canal is legitimately needed. I like dentists who don't pin my head to the dental chair to give a shot or drill teeth. I like dentists who don't cause me intense pain by not providing enough medication or cutting my lips apart... Whitebird does this and all. I absolutely LOVE any dentist I have seen thru them. I permanently am switching to them because they actually do something for the people instead of providing FAKE emergency dental hours.. I have never had such a great experience with a dentist and I LOVE this place for it."
