"The eye clinic is great, both my son and I had a very good experience for our vision exams, however they did go a little longer than expected. The only issue I had at the clinic was when my son and I wanted to look at glasses. We were told by the woman behind the counter of the optical shop that "you will need an appointment as it is now after 4pm and we don't take walk-ins after 4pm. You will have to make an appointment for a different day if you want to get glasses from us." We were not even aware of the time, as the appointment with the Dr went way longer than expected. Both my son and I no longer want to get glasses from this clinic. We will continue to see Dr Van Heel as she is wonderful and so is the staff that work with her. The staff at the optical shop on the other hand are very rude. I give Dr Van Heel and her staff 5 stars, but if I could I would give the optical shop zero stars for how they spoke to me and my son."
"We had a really good experience with them. Dr. Berger was awesome. Tony helped our Mom pick out glasses and he helped my Husband and I. Tony was so good to work with. He was a big help with picking our frames out! Overall it was a very good experience! Would totally recommend McMinnville Eye Clinic. Thank you!"
"I am so impressed with this eye clinic which also has its own hospital. The doctors were able to get my urgent situation taken care of quickly, surgery the following day. They are talented, friendly and kind. The staff are also very nice and helpful."
"We have been going to this clinic for ten plus years! They have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. We recently had our college son fly home for Christmas who was in need of an updated prescription. They had no openings when we called BUT they called the next day and found a way to squeeze him in. He got contacts ordered and received before he left. It was so appreciated! McMinnville Eye Clinic is the best!! ❤️"
"We have been going to this clinic for over ten years and I can’t say enough good about them! The staff has always been nice and friendly. The doctors we have seen have been attentive and knowledgeable. Whenever my kids have been nervous about the eye exams, drops, etc., whoever is with them has been quick to explain what is happening and put them at ease. We have bought multiple pairs of eye wear from this eye clinic, as well. Their selection is really good and they worked with me to get the best deals with my insurance. We love McMinnville Eye Clinic!"
