"I've only had positive experiences at gentle dental - Dr Mack is great & always helpful. Cleanings are always pain - free. I've had 2 different fillings through Dr Mack. He knows what he's doing & I trust him in this field. Office is always clean & my dental assistant is always very friendly and reassuring of questions or concerns. Sometimes scheduling can take a bit but they're so overwhelmed for this area - they do great. I bought some Opalescence GO 10 pack of whitening trays & they work great !"

"I had an appointment today with them but apparently they NEVER booked me. I booked my appointment since November last year it’s March…I thought giving them another try after not experiencing good results from them before they moved but this DEFINITELY helped me say no to them anymore. It is frustrating that when I got the filling in November now it is falling apart and now in I’m here with tooth pain that I can’t be seen till June or July AFTER my baby is born. VERY disappointed and frustrating that I couldn’t be seen. I won’t ever go back to them ever again for sure."

"Trish and Dr Jones were absolutely fantastic! I had to get my top wisdom teeth removed I was very very nervous and they made me feel so much better they both made me laugh and made sure I was all numbed up and comfortable before starting. It was so quick I seriously can not recommend them enough I hope I get them again next time I have to have dental work done. Idk how they do it but I'm looking forward to my next dentist appointment. Thank you Dr Jones and Trish for real if you see this hope you know you made my day!!"

"Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! I have the worst anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done. The staff were super friendly, professional and understanding. My last visit we started painful dental work and I was an anxious mess before we got started on the procedure. Well the staff and doctor understood completely and were very comforting, very patient and kind. They were able to give me Nitrous gas for my anxiety and it was the best dental visit in my 31 years of being alive. This place is nothing short of amazing and the staff anre incredibly skilled in what they do."

"They care about my child's oral health and overall well being. My autistic daughter's X-rays weren't awesome, and they had a plan right away, which included impressions. The first try didn't work, the sensory experience of the mold with the goop was a lot for her. They decided right away to reschedule for her sake rather than push this unfamiliar and uncomfortable procedure. Second take, we came back a bit better prepared and the tech did an awesome job! She made sure my baby knew what to expect and what was expected of her and was so kind! Something we don't see much is people understanding our stimming needs; this tech encouraged them, clearly seeing their value and using them to achieve our common goal. That's top tier care in our opinion"
