"I can't count the many horrible experiences I've had with these folks. Of course this was years ago, but shame on them for all the crud they do to people who just want good health care. They have had a habit to act a little bit discriminatory towards anybody of any different nationality. Not to mention they're so cheap they prefer to use a third-party Lab company rather than have their own. I remember one time I had a bruise on my arm because the lady who was drawing my blood practically stabbed my arm. Response to the owner: I left Oregon 3 years ago. If you really do believe in good change then why don't you rid yourselves of a third-party company and stop being cheap. Why do you do discrimination at times? I've seen it firsthand. You're supposed to be an organization that can be trusted."

"I went to get fillings and they didn't get the cavity all the way out so now on all the teeth I got fillings on I have cavities underneath I went back and they said I needed a root canal and I need to pay out of pocket. They should be the ones paying for the damages they did. I now have to go in tomorrow and get all my teeth pulled that they put fillings on due to malpractice. Mind you they are the only ones who did my fillings. So 10/10 would not recommend them."

"They are not caring at all. Act like they could care less about how you are feeling. What kind of pain u have."

"This clinic is completely unable to provide any care or follow up. Faxes go missing, mychart messages go unanswered to the point I don't use it any kore. Calling is useless as their call center tries to place a firewall between you and the clinic. If you can get through to the clinic, everyone you would need to talk to is conveniently at lunch, or not available that day or just answeres with "i dunno.". You get transferred to wrong departments. The pharmacy was unable to tell me the fax number. Don't come to this clinic. Trust the reviews you see here. The doctors themselves are fine but the staff handling the operations of the clinic are utterly incompetent. This particular review is just based on today's experience but I could write a paper on their constant failures to display competency."
