"Schedule an appointment to this office.Which was like a 3 week. Wait got into the office and filled out the paperwork Hand it in told the lady that I have OHP She said that's okay, that the exam would be free. 7 months later, they send me a bill. And they're telling me that. It's all on me that that's my fault. Now 3 weeks later the refunded me"

"This last visit was great, my cleaning was all pain free. The dentist was very nice an did a great job. She was very informative about what she did an did not do so as to let me know about the payment we paid... very considerate."

"Good xray as a first appointment. Good owner but I'm night shift with Monday and Tuesday off working 12 to 14 hours a day. Told them this like 5 times. They keep calling me at like 1 pm waking me up constantly. There wasn't anyone to give me pricings or appointment times when i was their or when I called 4 different days from 4 to 5 which they are open. I mean they only answered 1 time but the person for pricings and appointments leaves at 4 or something. The next appointment was like 1 to 2 months out as well. I needed a cleaning to get things started... I go somewhere else and have 3 different appointments by the time they reach back to me regarding my cleaning. I'm well beyond that and so I tell them I'm done with them and I'm going with the other place and she politely tells me she will cancel my appointment for the cleanings. Which i appreciate and 24 hours later I'm still getting messages regarding my appointment that was scheduled a month or 2 ago. Get your stuff together. Seems like people don't communicate or don't care or something idk but I'm not sure why I'm still getting messages for an appointment that i need to be at when it should have been canceled."

"I really enjoy myself every time I visit Aspen, the ladies at the reception desks always greet me and my fur baby Zoey with the warmest and most sincere smilesl. In short, I love the people at Aspen Dental, and won't be switching anytime soon. I love you guys and ladies. And as for the service i received, they are always very professional."

"I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for these guys! I got my first ever surgery (put to sleep and all) because of my wisdom teeth. Everyone in the office was super kind to me and asked multiple times if I had questions and made sure I was comfortable. I’m healing up great and I highly recommend them for this procedure. Dr. Mitchel is wonderful and so was the girl assisting him! I unfortunately forgot her name. But thank you Aspen Dental!"
