Mc Minnville Primary Care Clinic

"I have called twice to make an appointment and both times experienced very poor customer service. The first time I called with my son who I thought has an ear infection and was screaming for days. The receptionist was a male and pretty dis-compassionate. After a 38 minute phone call (he had to verify my insurance and I don't know what else, get coffee maybe?) he scheduled me for an appointment 2 WEEKS out. He explained that was the best he could do and didn't care that my child is 17 months old and sick, he said if I needed to be seen urgently, I should take him to urgent care. I was able to find a pediatrician in Newberg (Dr. Luck at the Children's Clinic who was able to see him same day.) Virginia Garcia was just a waste of time. The second time I called was to cancel the appointment that was 2 weeks out and see if my husband who is on the same insurance plan could have the block for a general physical. I was told no and no. Adults had to have longer blocks and he would be booked a month+ out, and he couldn't be scheduled until his insurance had been verified (they had already verified it when they verified my sons) and then she told me the website was down and to call back later. AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME."

"I love my doctor! She's wonderful as well as the nurses, receptionists and other staff, however it is such a hassle to get in to see her. She and the other physicians have far too many patients and not enough time. I know my doctor is only in 4 days a week which adds to the difficulty. It is impossible to get in when your needing to be seen. And a good majority of the time the wait on the phone to schedule an appointment is pretty lengthy."

"I'd give them a 0 if I could. Getting an appointment is the absolute worst, they never answer and you end up on hold for 45 mins. It takes forever for you to get back to your room. My Dr is good. But getting anything done for my daughter is a nightmare"

"Wow. My daughter is one week overdue and had one more OB appointment before she was supposed to get an appointment to be induced. They closed the clinic without ever bothering to tell her so we drove all the way from Newberg for nothing. It's the next day and they still aren't open and they give no way to get ahold of the doctor to see if she will at least set the induction appointment up. I don't understand why they're closed. The snow has caused some problems in other areas, but the roads are completely clear and even the schools are open. If the snow is not the problem they certainly aren't telling anyone. We don't know if there's just issues with the clinic itself and my daughter needs to find another doctor immediately or not. Utterly disrespectful."

"They take forever to answer there phones and when you finally reach them and ask why you where on hold so long they say that they are short staffed, but still have workers sitting around talking to one another and snacking . And they close theee clinic without calling the people who had an appointment that day to reschedule."
