"12/13/23 Poor service and then TERRIBLE pharmacist. The prescriptions were labeled as 'urgent' (sent from Urgent Care) and sent the night before. What--urgent? I got there at 11:00 the next day and told it would be a half hour. I was miserably sick!!! So I sat down while people started to stack up in line. Eventually I hear the young blonde male pharmacist CHATTING with a customer for a good length of time about bow hunting deer and elk. I eventually got up and peeked around the corner, where I saw the girl who had told me it would be half an hour. I politely asked if I was going to be called up to the counter or if I was to just randomly get back in line, She grabs my COMPLETED prescriptions and the process begins, including speaking to the pharmacist about these new prescriptions. I'm extremely ill, exhausted and wanting so much to go home. He continues reading what is clearly on the bottles and inserts. I stupidly answer that I am not entirely sure what he has said about swallowing the capsule whole but I could read at home (interspersed with "uh huh, yes..."). THEN this egotistical male asserted himself (I'm a highly educated 75 year old woman who can HEAR condescension when it is obvious) and he rudely and pretentiously proceeded to give me a dressing down about the importance of his job and my need to pay attention. And more. I've switched to Safeway to avoid this pharmacist but will likely go to Fred Meyer to be totally unassociated with the system. Forget convenience. In the past, in another city, I've had gloriously pleasant service at Fred Meyer Pharmacy."

"I hate this pharmacy. Very unhelpful when it comes to insurance issues. Everyone I’ve encountered has an attitude. They keep restocking my prescriptions, then make me wait while they refill them. I would go back to Fred Meyer, but unfortunately my insurance is only contracted with SavOn. Edit: If I could write a review for every time I had to deal with this place I would. Disappointed yet again. I don’t understand why it is so hard to fill a prescription. I requested a refill 10 days ago and it is still not filled."

"I've had an incredibly unpleasant experience with this pharmacy, making it the worst one I've ever used. The staff members are consistently rude and display an unprofessional attitude. Communication is nearly impossible as no one answers the phone when you call. Moreover, visiting the pharmacy in person means enduring an average wait time of 20 minutes in line. They only open the second checkout shortly before lunch, around 1:15 pm, as if it's some sort of hidden secret. It's quite frustrating if you don't want to spend your entire day at the pharmacy. Transferring prescriptions from them is a complete disaster as well. It's better to ask your doctor to send new prescriptions directly to another pharmacy. I cannot stress this enough: unless it's absolutely necessary, avoid using this pharmacy. The level of service they provide across the board is shockingly bad. There's a constant turnover of employees, rarely encountering the same ones twice. Spare yourself the agony and stay away from Save-On pharmacy."

"The woman at the pharmacy sounds so trashy over the phone. Like she's missing teeth. I called and she hung up on me. I called again and she got so aggressive and I told her "why did you hang up on me?" She says "no one was there." Please hire real people."

"Very slow service, and pharmacy staff simply don't answer the phone. For other businesses that would be unprofessional. For a pharmacy, it's downright negligent. Take your business elsewhere until this pharmacy realizes it needs to hire more staff."
