"There are two lanes in the drive through with no signage explaining that lane 2 is for drop offs only. I was second in line waiting for then to get back from lunch, now I'm fifth, back to the back of the line. Signage please guys?"

"This pharmacy team works their tails off, and have been, through years of pandemic, to do their very best to get the meds we need. They are extremely busy most of the time, working through staffing shortages and medication shortages, none of which they have the ability to fix. And I understand how folks get frustrated by long lines, waiting, and medication shortages, but next time you want to complain about this pharmacy, ask yourself what/how you could do any better given the cards these folks are dealt. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy team! And for all the one star review folks, I’m sure we’d all be happy if you tried out other pharmacies for a little while."

"Customer service has been on a steady decline for months now. Drive thru is no longer available due to "staffing shortages". Time to fill a prescription can take up to a week. My daughter stood in line for 30 mins for an Rx for her daughter only to be told it wasn't filled, was in stock, but because it was 10 mins to closing they refused to fill it that day. Hire some more staff. Plenty of people are looking for jobs every day. Call them back."

"I haven't had this much trouble with a pharmacy in my life. I hesitated to write this review for some time as I know staffing and supply chain challenges are negatively impacting business in every sector. However, what's happening with this pharmacy goes beyond that. It is a constant struggle to get my medication refilled in a timely fashion. I order refills and am told the medication is on back order. Weeks go by with no communication. When my patience wears thin and I call to check, I am told they can only partially fill my prescription and they can't tell me when the rest will be available. I ask if there is an alternative I can discuss with my doctor that might be more accessible and I'm told that this applies to every form of that medicine. That's frustrating enough in itself, however on previous visits I was given partial refills, not told they were partial, then found myself in a huge bind later than month when I needed to refill early. No one at this pharmacy had a record of the partial refill so when they attempted to run it past insurance, insurance denied the claim as it was too early to refill. I have gone for weeks at a time without my medications from this pharmacy. I write this while I make plans to move the last of my prescriptions over to another pharmacy in town. My experience with this pharmacy has me wondering if their mistakes could potentially be putting their customers lives at risk."
