"The pharmacy seems understaffed and the workers are stressed. You can see it in their faces. There was a horrendously long line when I showed up that only got longer. I think this led to a billing mistake (double billed) I had to pay cash since the tech or pharmacist made an error and then I had to go through CVS corporate to get refund. Took a lot of calling and effort but got it done."
"Lovely people but the pharmacy is short staffed, backlogged, ridiculously long lines and CVS refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility. It is shameful that the military has chosen CVS as their provider."
