"Horrible experiences the past few visits- from a 2hr wait for a pre-reserved vaccine appointment, to random store closures, to half-filling prescriptions with IOU, then billing for cancelled prescription that prevented me from being able to have it filled at another pharmacy & led to a 2 week delay in obtaining medication. Staff was friendly enough, but it seems like a combination of poor management/working conditions that have led to staffing shortages, under-training, and mis-communications that severely impacts how they serve their customers. Taking my business elsewhere."

"I don't know *what* is going on at this pharmacy but it must be a mess. I've been using Walgreens since 2011 and I've never experienced wait times like this. Every time I go get my meds I'm in line for at LEAST 45 minutes. No matter what time of day or day of week. My medications are also always delayed by a day or two. The first couple times I figured it was just a couple bad days but it has become a consistent issue. I try to get my meds sent elsewhere when possible. I could drive to the West Salem pharmacy and get my meds in the same amount of time that I wait here. The staff is always nice at the very least"

"I was looking to get a flu shot. called the store and they told me they take walk ins. I asked if they were really busy right now. He said no, come on in. I drove 10 minutes to get there. I walked in and the pharmacist told me they do not take walk ins. I was confused. I just called? They said you talked to the call center. I was like, excuse me? No, I just called here. They said, no you called the call center. I dialed the number that was listed on Google Maps. I asked if they could make an exception and they said no we don't even have enough flu shots. Then I said, but there's a sign outside that says, flu shots. The pharmacist corrected me and said, yes but the sign doesn't say walk ins. Ok. Major attitude. You need to fix the miscommunication between the store and the pharmacy, this was a terrible, time wasting interaction."
