"The rooms are amazing we got to spend a weekend in a two room rental very nice. We had a really blessed time. Being so close to the ocean was awesome especially going to sleep to the waves crashing. The family had fun using the pool and wasn't expecting an 8ft deep end that was fun too. One of the best vacations we have been on in awhile"

"Very nice rooms for a great price!!! The entire unit was really clean so good job to the cleaners!! The bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. This will definitely be our "go-to" place to stay from here on out."

"Gist of the review is that this place is probably okay for families. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a couple’s retreat. Unless you’re doing it for your kids, DO NOT book if you want to use the pool or sauna. Pros: - decent value for money, large units - good location (it’s right on the beach, how could it not be?) - nice that it has the option for onsite laundry, although we didn’t use it - included beach chairs and other things like a boogie board which was pretty nice Cons: - pool was dingy and ALWAYS filled with screaming children, including a large group that was playing loud music!! - sauna was broken for our nearly week-long stay, with no sign or communication indicating so. It was also quite dated with lots of graffiti. - they gave one lousy coffee pack even though we were staying a while.. the Airbnb we stayed at the night before gave us five packs for one night! - I already anticipated this from the reviews, but you WILL hear your neighbours. We heard them loud and clear anywhere from midnight to 6am.. - towels were stinky despite being “clean”.. it’s because of this place that I will always take my own to hotels from now on - bad selection of “games” (only puzzles), also had to sign into our own Netflix account to even use it - neighbours smoking right outside of their units - had a ground floor unit which sounded good in hindsight (“steps from the beach”), but this meant every person on the ground floor walking to the beach walked right by our unit, leaving us to shut the curtains most of the time which ruined the whole appeal of having an ocean view - what type of place this size doesn’t have recycling collection? Horrifies me to think how much just gets thrown into the trash Personally, next time will be spending a little extra and going somewhere less rundown and less focused towards families. I get the appeal for families though (which was vast majority of the guests it seems)."

"Such a special "hidden gem" of a place on the Oregon coast. Great staff, cute rooms and amazing views. It's a little dated inside but the location and views make up for the simple rooms. You don't spend much time inside anyways so the view is the main attraction and this place has the best views around. The helpful staff keep you comfortable and happy while you stay. The rooms are very sound proof and cozy so no noisy neighbors for the most part. You basically get what you'd expect from a typical beach rental inside but with rare easy beach access and an indoor pool. The pool is great for fall and winter visiting during the colder months. It's Ideal for families and/or couples looking to get away for long romantic or fun filled walks on the beach. We luckily spotted whales passing by everyday right in front of our room so keep an eye out. My family comes here regularly and we look forward to every trip because of the Sea Gypsy and their amazing beachside property. Sydney is our favorite employee here so ask for her to make your stay extra special and warm."
