"They NEVER answer the phone. It just rings until it hangs up on you. No chance to leave a message. They are completely under staffed so I don't think it's their fault necessarily. It's just awful from a customer service standpoint. Long lines always too. Please hire people for this place. It's bad."

"Was my pharmacy for years and slid to a 1 or 2 star but after transferring all medications to mail in I accidentally requested a refill from a doctor there and when I went in, roughly 9 months after moving, to find all new faces and now it's amazing. They have this thing called auto refill, which somehow all my medications are now eligible for magically, and they even call you when its ready, which is great not having to come in every day to check!!! Amazing. Not sure if the same is true yet at all Fred Meyer pharmacies. Update: Won't lie feel bad for the last sets of employees...."
