"My wife and I stayed there within the last week and a half. It is positioned very well near the beach. However, it's incredibly small, when first walking in (and out) you run the risk of hitting your head on the door jam. Then you must go up steep stairs. There was no screens on the windows, they had had drawers that looked like they were from a metal cabinet stashed under the sink for pots/pans, I don't recall a/c, it was musty, dusty and we immediately noticed some physical side affects after being there for only an hour. We have lived in two places prior that were discovered to have mold and the symptoms we experienced were identical. We removed the dog gate and found it to have spots of mold all throughout it and likely hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Beyond these issues the bedroom has a sloped roof so you can only get in from one side and can't stand up fully. We booked this through Airbnb and requested a refund due to these issues and we're promptly responded to with "We won't stand for this blackmail and slander...". Clearly the owner doesn't understand the meaning of either. So I'll help her out. Blackmail would be "You have to give us a refund or we will do xxyyzz." She claims it had been inspected for mold. I encourage everyone to read the reviews. There are multiple reviews stating they also experienced mold."

"We booked this place on a whim via AirBnB. The pictures were representative but also didn't show everything. For what we paid, it was a nice enough place, however there were some things that could be better. The outside is VERY rough, peeling paint, rusty fixtures and signage, rotted wood stairs, and construction debris everywhere. The room we stayed in was clean and bright, with beautiful view of the coastline out of every window. The appliances were very old, the refrigerator was especially bad, with a lot of rust on the inside. The room was supposed to have a sleeper couch, however it was so uncomfortable we were forced to bring an air mattress. The bathroom was clean but very small. The toilet looked new, but it was loose on the floor. The shower was very tight and the shower heard only came to chest level. The bed was clean and bug free. The linins were very comfortable and cozy. The wifi was good and the room had a flat screen with cable TV. TLDR version: I believe this place recently changed hands, it has amazing potential. It is definitely dated but It was clean and pleasant. If I was the owner I would just make some effort to do basic updates and the rooms would be amazing."

"We rolled up 3 hours past check in time, the place was not clean, beds were not made, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a plumber there, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, and the owner asked us to “Come back later.” We said “No. We are here and unpacking. Feel free to continue cleaning, but we are here.” To the tune of almost $1300 for 4 people for 2 nights, this was subpar treatment. The view was spectacular, yes. Management was not.There was no offer of later checkout, or some money off, and the bathroom sink never was unclogged, so we had to brush our teeth or wash hands in the kitchen sink the whole weekend. I’m only giving this experience one star because of the view."
